"Infinite Mortal" was created for a show titled "infinity"; curated by Andrew Schoultz at the Scion Installation Space in Los Angeles.

My recent work deals with mortality and our discomfort with the basic biological laws that make it unavoidable. When I think of the infinite, my mind wanders to the immortal, to our attempts to be immortal and to those we credit with the creation of this conundrum. The piece "Infinite Mortal" is a little of both. It takes the form of a large vaguely militaristic asteroid that has crashed to earth bringing with it the illusion of encapsulating the infinite.
